COMMON GROUND:
Navigating Social Anxiety
& Finding Your People
About Common Ground
Social anxiety often goes unseen, but it shapes how we move through the world every day. More than shyness or nerves, it shows up in conversations, decisions, relationships, and the opportunities we let ourselves take.
For Two-Spirit, trans, and gender diverse people, fears of rejection, embarrassment, and discrimination are often rooted in real experiences, and those feelings of anxiety are simply nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe. People navigating social anxiety are often among the most perceptive, thoughtful, and capable people in the room, and they've just been carrying something heavy, often alone, often without anyone naming it.
You don't have to keep carrying it the same way.
Common Ground is a free, four-week online program for Two-Spirit, trans, and gender diverse adults (18+). Together, we'll explore practical tools for navigating social anxiety, moving from survival mode into growth, and building confidence and connection at your own pace, in community with people who get it.
Facilitated by members of our community.
Offered at no cost. Spots are limited.
