Salary: $35.75/hr

TransCare+ is seeking a Two Spirit Health Outreach Worker to support our new project, Queer and Gender Diverse Access to Knowledge Enhancement and Care Navigation in Rural ON. The Two Spirit Health Outreach Worker will be responsible for assisting in the development of culturally appropriate outreach and educational materials, and engaging local Two Spirit, Indigiqueer, and Indigenous trans and gender diverse folks in knowledge translation and educational programming. The Two Spirit Health Outreach Worker will work closely with a Steering Committee, Two-Spirit Education Coordinator, 2SLGBTQIAA+ Community Educator, and Education Coordinator to carry out project activities.
