Recruitment Specialist

Our recruitment team is looking to add a Recruiter to our growing team. This position would include sourcing roles in a variety of industries with various clients, and for ensuring exceptional client and candidates experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities:
• Drive and conduct high volume recruitment activities to source top talent for a broad range of positions from corporate and technical to trades/construction hires
• Source, pre-screen, interview and reference all in regard to evaluating skills, place ability and fit for the needs of the client
• Source, short-list and present top pre-qualified candidates for client’s roles
• Manage assignments from start to finish, ensuring the application tracking system is up to date
• Maintain effective communication with management and business partners relating to open requisitions and pre-established key performance indicators
• Execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent, as well as build and maintain client’s in-house talent pool

Candidate Qualifications:
• Recent graduate of an HR program
• One or more years of full cycle high volume recruitment experience considered an asset
• One or more years of applicant tracking system experience considered an asset
• Experience building up recruitment metrics, generating reports, managing records, and follow up communication
• Exceptional communication skills, able to deliver fast and accurate follow-up with a high volume of email and phone communication
• Experienced delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative, team player
• High attention to detail
• Process and task oriented
• Experience in IT would be a strong asset
