For businesses, organizations, associations, to join the Trans Affirming Network,
we ask that you:

Have your team, or at minimum your leadership, complete our ‘Building Affirming Spaces I’ (2hrs) training.
- We offer this session in an online, open group on a bi-monthly basis on the second Saturday of the month from 10-12pm. Access to these sessions is included with the price of your membership.
- We can also book a private session for you and your team to be delivered either online or in person at a time/date that works best for you. Your memberships lets you book this, and all learning sessions, at a 50% discount.
Actively work to implement the ‘9 Pillars to Affirming Spaces’ covered in the training consistently & intentionally.
Are open to working with Skipping Stone to find ways to grow and continuing to do better if feedback is ever received that offers an opportunity to do so.

For healthcare & mental health providers, to join the Trans Affirming Network,
we ask that you implement the above as well as:

Complete our ‘Building Affirming Spaces II & III’ (2 additional hrs for a total of 4hrs) which will be provided in the final 2 hours of your Open or Private TAN training. This builds on the foundational module and includes providing trans affirming care in a clinical setting.***
Registration fee: $150
Annual Renewal Fee: $75

*** All 3 modules of this training are accredited for continuing education credit by numerous colleges including the Alberta College of Social Workers & College of Alberta Psychologists.
