MONDAYS (MARCH 28 - MAY 2)

The MASS creative exploration workshop is a 6-week long program in which a small group of participants come together and encourage and support each other in developing and growing creative practices in their daily lives.

The goal of the program is to allow an opportunity to participants to develop a strong connection with their inner and authentic selves, setting our intentions for 2022 and building pathways to realizing them through creativity.

Participants will meet weekly and engage, in whatever way feels best to them, with a wide variety of creative prompts including: dancing, journaling, mask making, clown, expressive painting, chanting, sculpting, singing-off-key, and so much more.
